• Offering a subscription to receive updates through the iDEF the website www.idef.com.au.
• By collecting information from Door Prize entry forms during the expo
• By collecting information from online ticket sales and registrations.

Your personal information may be used to:

• Send out email updates regarding the expo and Symposium and iDEF in general
• Send out offers to participate in iDEF and it's events
• Send out via email your ticket and receipt of payment after your online ticket purchase or registration.

Also, your personal information is collected so that we, our related bodies and our dealers can promote and market our/their services to you (including by way of direct mail, telemarketing, email, SMS and MMS messages). This is to keep you informed of products, services and special offers and may continue after you cease acquiring services from us.

If you do not wish us, our related bodies or our dealers to promote and market products, services and special offers to you can opt out on the Door Prize entry form. Subscribers through the website will not be contacted by any external parties and will only receive updates regarding the expo. They can choose to opt out of the email subscription at anytime through sending an email to admin@idef.com.au with the word unsubscribe in the subject header.
